Side Note: Jenny Fulton, the costume designer, provided some of her personal wardrobe items for my character of Tiresias’ slave boy: one vintage leather jacket. She told me the pants I was wearing was worn by some famous actor who performed on the stage of the Donmar Warehouse in London. It took me a couple years after to know that theatre by way of Phyllida Lloyd’s Shakespeare Trilogy – some of the best Shakespeare I’ve ever seen. I wish I could remember who that actor that was.
